“Elevation pulled out all the stops after DPD let me down on delivery day. At 4.30 on a Friday afternoon they contacted DPD and upgraded the delivery to next day so that the balloons arrived in time for our celebration. Excellent customer service, I will definitely use again and would highly recommend”

“The balloon arrived on time for my granddaughters 6th birthday but the box had been damaged by the courier so the balloon had a great big rip in it and now I am being refunded”

“Ordered a birthday balloon 4 days in advance allowing for any delays due to Covid-19 but my granddaughter received the balloon 4 days after the requested date although I was assured it would arrive on the date specified. Poor service but the balloon was lovely.”

“Ballon didn’t arrive. - on day or previous day. Call 2 days earlier to say chosen ballon not avail. Offered a satisfactory replacement. It was an integral part of a little boys birthday. All very disappointing when booked 2 weeks in advance”

“Dealing with your company was excellent , only problem I had was with delivery which was arranged for my requested day , on that day the delivery company said that I had rearranged delivery for the Monday which I can assure you I didn’t as the Friday I requested was my granddaughters birthday sadly she didn’t receive her ballon until 3 days later , I appreciate that it was out of your hands once the item was sent out .”

“Balloon didn’t arrive on the date is was supposed to ended having the whole surprise ruined - emailed the company to get a replacement no response at all - for an expensive balloon I would never recommend or use again.”
