“have made 2 purchases of the beautiful balloons, excellent quality and service, very well packed,couldn't believe the size of box they arrived in one was for our Grandsons 18th Birthday and one for our Grandaughters 13th Birthday. both were very well received and added a special touch as we couldn't all be together under the current lockdown. Just about to place another order for another Grandaughters 16th Birthday”

“Balloon ordered for my granddaughters 7 birthday. Ordered for delivery on Sunday in the hope it would still be inflated for her birthday on the Monday as she would be at school on the Monday. It was delivered on Saturday and deflated by Monday so for £27 pretty disappointing. We've had regular helium balloons last for days”

“Sorry, not for me. The ‘3’ balloon I ordered was overpriced but due to lockdown I had no alternative. Arrived fine, but after five mins of being carried around by its string, the balloon ripped and was useless. This sounds like a faulty product to me, we were not being heavy handed and the other balloon was fine. Contacted elevation balloons who have said it wasn’t a toy and they won’t refund. Find this unacceptable”

“Excellent service, arrived on time, even during COVID-19, I was even sent a one hour timeslot on the day of delivery. Balloons were superb, better than expected and my daughter was delighted with the surprise. I would definitely use elevation balloons again.”

“I ordered a balloon for delivery on Sunday. This was particularly important as it was for my wife whose birthday was on the Sunday. They delivered it on Saturday thus completely spoiling the surprise! Moreover they 'forgot' to include the gift card so my wife had no idea who had sent the balloon. I emailed my complaint to them but they chose not to apologise - just blamed the delivery company. They did give me back £2.99 for the missing gift card - pitiful compensation in my view.”

Hello, Thank you for your review. Sorry you feel this way, I have looked into our email back to you just now and we did apologise for the inconvenience this has caused and also stated that the message box for the gift note was empty we haven’t said that we have forgot to do this but said we would refund this as not sure how this has happened. The couriers unfortunately see this as good service delivering early on a weekend and this is stated on our website when ordering that dpd could deliver a day early as weekend orders go out on Friday together. This is something we are working on with dpd and doesn’t happen often. Apologies again that this caused an inconvenience. Thank you

“The balloons arrived on the day I requested and they are exactly what I expected. They are still fully inflated after 10 days. The only downside was that I paid £30 for 3 balloons which I found I could have got in Asda for a third of the price. Never the less, they were what I expected.”

Thank you for your review and order. You can pick up balloons in supermarkets now, but this is not delivered to you all ready in a box to your door. This is collecting them yourself. Delivery unfortunately by courier is not cheap and arriving on a selected day. Supermarkets don’t normally arrange them in clusters, or do personalised printed balloons. We like to think we offer much more than just an inflated foil balloon. Thank you
