“I ordered 3 balloons - a 3, a 0 and a large cocktail balloon at a cost of £58.97. The balloons only lasted 3 days. A complete waste of money!! They arrived on time and looked ok but didn't seem particularly 'filled'. Very, very disappointed but too late to order more.”

“Ordered for a birthday, no one there for collection. Resolved quickly. Unfortunately one balloon didn't stay inflated past a day, full refund received. Used many times over the years, first time ever a problem.”

“DON’T recommend & DON’T buy balloons if you want them to arrive on a specific day as this website is clearly misleading & they certainly CAN NOT guarantee delivery on a day of your choice as I unfortunately found out much to the birthday recipients disappointment & mine! At the time of purchasing I was prepared to pay for the ballon plus the guaranteed delivery delivery cost but as it happens it’s turned out to be an incredibly pricey ballon to arrive after a birthday!”

“Arrived on time for our Granddaughters birthday. Although it was what we ordered, we were a bit disappointed at the size. It came in a massive box and I was expecting it to rise up out of the box but it didn't. My granddaughter liked it because it was the only balloon she got because of the lockdown.”

“The customer service is excellent - I had an issue with my order and they helped me to resolve it straight away. The balloon I ordered arrive on the day I’d selected and it looked incredible. It was for my partner’s birthday and he was very surprised. The balloon itself is huge and really good quality - it’s still inflated and looks as good as new 2 weeks on ...”

“Arrived on Saturday as expect opened box Sunday morning for a birthday surprise by 4pm same day the balloon had shrivelled and virtually deflated, which was a shame. However very pleased with the look of the ballon and delivery service.”
