“Low quality balloon. I paid a decent amount of money for a personalised balloon. Writing was pealing off as soon as it arrived, also very wonky. The balloon almost looked dirty. I would go elsewhere.”

“Balloon was great and just as advertised. Significantly marked down due to its late arrival. This was for Father’s Day and it arrived on the Monday, even though I paid for weekend delivery. I asked you for a delivery refund and was told no given it only arrived 1 day late! Not much good having balloons delivered after the event! So very disappointed about that!”

“Never thought I would be able to get helium balloons delivered, and was impressed by the range and ease of ordering. Quality products delivered right on schedule, packaged well. The balloons made the occasion, and five days on they're still looking pristine.”

“Unfortunately, the balloon was not attached to the ribbon and so it flew up to the ceiling when we opened the box. The ribbon on the other balloon snapped later that day and we had to tie it back together. The balloons themselves were good quality.”

“I ordered on the Tuesday for arrival on the Saturday. Emailed with a question to double check delivery and had a quick reply. The balloons arrived early on Saturday morning (between 8-9am). Very happy and will 100% use again!”
