“Good service. It was easy to book my MOT and service, as was dropping off and picking up my car. What was less good was that the staff left my steering wheel in locked mode (which I didn't know was a thing and so I spent 10 minutes trying to start my car) and the COVID proof sheet was left on my car seat, which I feel slightly misses the point of having put one on. That said, things were generally good and I'd be happy to go back to get more work done.”

“Had the Tracking on my Toyota Land Cruiser Amazon undertaken at Elite in Brighton, (which I always get them to do), great service. There was a small problem which was solved quickly and amicably.”

“I ordered 2 tyres on line but when I got to the garage they told me, I had ordered Winter tyres which wouldn't be any good. They had to cancel my order but luckily had 2 of the correct size tyres at the garage. They guy I spoke to initially at the garage was a bit abrupt, I thought but when I went back to collect my car, the same guy was polite and more amiable.”

“Good service, a good price on Tyres for an Alfa, did the MOT on a BMW, then sorted it out, just put 4 new tyres on the BMW. Would recommend.”

“Sadly my car failed it's MOT on this occasion but I had been prepared for this. The car required a little welding which Elite are now no longer able to do at their garage but they kindly provided me with contact details of someone who was able to carry out the work. They were very accommodating in being able to change a tyre on my car for the spare one at my request there and then rather than have to make another visit.”

“Have had work done on my car for many years by Elite Garages, have always been happy with the result. I have heard a lot about many garages look for work that maybe doesn't need carrying out straight away just so to charge extra I trust them not to do this.”

“Found staff very friendly and polite. Tyre change efficient but had to wait for 25mins while it was done which was expected. Unfortunately, the waiting room had only 4 chairs all of which were occupied and so I had to wait outside. I am 76 and suffer from a bad back so find it uncomfortable to stand for long. Suggest you keep a few spare chairs for these occasions.”

“Very quick fitting of four tyres, very efficient. However, checked two days later after car stood overnight and found tyres overinflated, one was 39psi (max per car manufacturer is 36, normally 34).”
