“I just moved to canterbury to study and was I desperate need for a new mechanic as going to London was not convenient. With my MOT expiring I done some research on local MOT test centres and plenty came up. The prices varied and generally 1 weeks notice was needed. I called up Elite to arrange a booking and they advised that I go online and book as they offer discounts online. I was able to arrange an appointment the same day, shortly after booking. Everything was done swiftly and I was not once under the impression that they just wanted to take my money like most garages I’ve come across. Also a big thank you to Chris on reception as he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely be using these guys again and would recommend.”

“Great service at the Pulborough garage. Took my car for its MOT, it failed but they did the work and put it back through a re-test the same day. The staff are really friendly too”

“The staff were courteous and helpful. I had 3 tyres replaced and a front wheel alignment. Both carried out well. My only gripe is that I was there for an hour and a quarter while it was done. I arrived at the time agreed so hoped that they would have the capacity to do the job a bit quicker. I have been there on previous occasions and would happily return.”

Thanks for the feedback. There is a Costa coffee machine and toilet in the petrol station shop just next to the garage for future reference :)

“service is good advice is good and helpful as of this date 26th august 2019 they are short staffed and had to chase what was going on over the five days they had my car taking into account car went in on a friday and the monday was a bank holiday got car back on the wednesday .would recomened elite garages they are good hope they get staff sorted.”

“In general a very good but still haven’t resolved the vibration and noise I get from the new brake pads and discs they fitted, something which I suspect I will have to resolve myself now and of course at more expense to myself.”
