“On arriving at the garage, I was greeted with ‘ we have no record of your order and then told they had 1 tyre and not 2. Eventually, my order was found. To be honest, I was not over impressed with the service. Either this was a fault of the garage or black circles. The garage was of the view it was black circles error with not informing them of my order. Can I be assured this will not happen again? Thank you.”

“I had misremembered when my car's MOT ended and needed some work done to the suspension immediately. The manager suggested I leave my car at the garage and they would fit it in as soon as they could. He gave me an estimate of the cost of the work. The work was completed the following day as they had a cancellation and the cost was considerably less than the estimate. Amazing service.”
