“Just wanted to say thanks to the guys at Elite who helped me out of a tricky situation today. My hybrid broke down with a flat battery and the breakdown guy failed to help. I popped in to Elite who sorted the problem out quickly, with a smile and didn't charge me anything. Fab customer service even though I wasn't a customer!”

“Recently took my car in for a health check as was going to be driving a longer distance than normal. They checked it all over and topped up everything - and all for free! What a service. Recommended a new wiper which I had done. Also recommended a new battery which was what they had said at the MOT so not looking for work. Great service.”

“Excellent service MOT. The one serious problem is for anyone who is visiting for the first time. It is very difficult to see the sign for Elite until you have passed the entrance. It is then a question of doing a second orbit. I did just that and was too late for the first appointment. Please improve the signage.”

“Just had 4 new tyres fitted at the Southampton branch for the 2nd time, once on my wife's car and now on my car and must say the service was first class. From the initial call to placing the order with Gary and to the fitter who fitted the 4 tyres, the service was top drawer! I would highly recommend this place and will certainly make my family and friends aware.. Well done Elite, your pricing and customer service is a benchmark for your rivals to follow.”
