“Fitted me in at short notice to check possible slow puncture. As per a recent MOT advisory they also noted slight cracking and damage to tyre. They were happy to inspect further in case a new tyre was not totally necessary. However, I decided on a new tyre that was fitted in no time. I was pleased that I was given an honest assessment and not given the ' hard ' sell on buying a new tyre. Thanks to Andy and his team for good service.”

“Had booked in for a replacement shock absorber… given a quote in advance. No courtesy car available so I was assured the job could be done while I had a coffee if I booked a specific time. All done, as planned, just time for coffee with a short look at the paper in the Grosvenor. Price as agreed.”

“I had m car booked for an MOT I was told they couldn’t find my booking but would fit me in that day. I waited 24hrs and never heard a word I went next day and was told my car was ready why no phone call supposing I had been a Doctor, I have been with Elite for ten years or more I now have my doughts,”
