“Although I have no complaints regarding the standard of work or service, unfortunately as seems to be the norm in this business(especially locally), padding bills and quoting over the phone without including VAT are nonetheless annoying. I was initially quoted £260-£270 for work and was billed £415 when I came to collect the car. Fortunately, I just had enough money to cover it, but only just. This type of poor communication needs to improve.”

“I use Elite in Haywards Heath to change my car tyres, I do so because Blackcircle supplier gave this option and Elite garage is 4 miles away distance from my home, so I bring my car for the tyres service but to be clear, if there was a local alternative. I would use it. Customer Service is horrible. The manager is generally rude and grumpy, as opposed to the team being thankful for the job done.Is this zero tolerance stance on poor management but now I will take the easy choice and avoid this poor Elite garage.”

“Very helpful and friendly, they explained what was needed and kept me informed. I have used Elite for many years and have no complaints. I always feel confident with the work that is done and never feel ripped of like some garages I have used in the past. Had a great conversation with Max about electric cars I am not convinced about them I have a lot of questions regarding them.”

“I am new to the area and found them to be very helpful and friendly. They fitted a new exhaust, checked my tyres and as a bonus, without me asking, topped up my screenwash. I will definitely use them again and thoroughly recommend them”

“I've been using Elite in Salisbury for over 10 years and I can honestly say they are the best garage I've ever used. Sometimes work needs doing on my car, often nothing is needed. I really feel I can trust their advice. And they are a great friendly team, most having worked there for years.”
