“I took my BMW to Elite Garage in Hayward’s Heath last week for its Mot. I drew Raymond’s attention to ASB warning lights as well as what was to me an alarming grating noise.Raymond advised me that they would be able to identify the problem with their diagnostic equipment.He kept me fully informed once the problem had been identified and informed me of the likely cost of the work required.The work was carried out the very next day and the work in fact cost slightly less than anticipated.I am delighted with the work carried out and the level of service which was provided.My car drives like a dream .I would definitely recommend Elite garage for their customer service, price and expertise.”

“Haven’t had any issue with this garage before except for this time, the was a big scuff on my leather steering wheel and the drivers seat was pulled very close, so it seem someone has scuffed the steering when whilst getting in or out. Not to pleased about that. They need to take more of customers vehicles”

“I did not have a good experience with Elite. I had my brake pads booked in at 8:30 and an MOT at 12:30. I had not heard anything so called at 13:30 and was advised my car failed on brake pads which were meant to have already been done. I wasn’t able to pick my car up until 4pm - it took over two hours for brake pads to be done. My partner lost half a days work due to taking the morning off and not expecting it to take this long. Had my brake pads been fitted at the time they were booked I would have been able to pick up my car much earlier.”
