“Found staff very friendly and polite. Tyre change efficient but had to wait for 25mins while it was done which was expected. Unfortunately, the waiting room had only 4 chairs all of which were occupied and so I had to wait outside. I am 76 and suffer from a bad back so find it uncomfortable to stand for long. Suggest you keep a few spare chairs for these occasions.”

“Booked my car in at short notice, which I appreciated as I had a engine malfunction warning light on. The Maidstone garage was professional, courteous and friendly, the work was completed in a couple of hours at a very reasonable cost. I will be using you in the future....”

“I phoned Maidstone garage when a malfunction light came on in my car, they booked me in first thing in the morning and sorted the problem within a few hours. Really professional, lovely staff and excellent value for money....will be using them in the future....”

“This is my second visit to Elite Gatsges. Great service today - booked in for MOT but my car had a little problem on the ramp. All was investigated, sorted and MOT completed within a couple of hours with no extra costs. Really happy once again - thankyou”
