“I had, I suspected, a failing battery, and brought the car in at 8.30a.m. The battery was tested and found at fault. It was changed within twenty minutes, and I was sent a text to let me know the car was ready for collection. Excellent, cheerful service.”

“I dropped in a tyre that had run flat. A new tyre was ordered immediately and was fitted the following morning. The service provided by both the receptionist and the tyre fitter was both prompt and efficient. Consequently I shall be using the garage again Chris”

“Initial help very fast but once they had the car up on ramps a lot of tea drinking went on which in my opinion delayed the procedure quite a long time. Good price though.”

“Fantastic garage. Always have a positive experience here, they always do their best to squeeze you in and fix the problem ASAP even when they’ve got a busy schedule , and you know the job’s been done properly . Would recommend.”

“I have been a customer of Elite Garages since 2005 & their customer service has always been excellent. They turn away unnecessary work & they don't take advantage of female drivers. My most recent experiences have been this month (October 2019) with Tim (manager) & Mark (manager), who were both extremely helpful, worked on my car there & then & resolved my car issues promptly. Mark even worked through his lunch-break to resolve my issue! They manage a great team of mechanics & MOT mechanics & I will continue to use & recommend Elite Garages in Hilsea, Portsmouth.”
