“Very courteous staff. I did think I was going to get a call to say my car was ready, but I didn’t. I walked back there just in case, and it was ready. One of the rear lights wasn’t working, and I was told the bulb was ok but was a little loose, so it was now fixed. When I got home, I checked and it wasn’t working again. The car is based in Deal so it’s not convenient to bring it back.”

“Easy to book online, reminder emails sent. Work carried out quickly. Only small issues were there were no visible employees when I arrived and I was stood in the office for about 5 minutes before anyone came out (no bell to ring to get attention either). Then new bulbs were fitted to pass MOT without calling me first; of course I would have said yes but it’s still courteous to get agreement before fitting. All that said, I would recommend and use again.”
