“Booked through whocanfixmycar to have my cambelt and water pump changed. Great communication from the garage nice and early to advise that the site had quoted for the wrong part. I was advised of the correct price. Work was carried out quicker than expected. Customer service was spot on! Thank you!”

“Got to get there early and bag a queue place as the guys are usually very busy and work on first come first served - they could do with erecting some sort of cover / porch to help customers stay dry pre opening or introduce a numbered cone system so you can hold your place but sit in your car to stay dry. The guys are quick efficient and sensibly priced so overall in and out in 20 minutes for my tyre change - no complaints!”

“Really poor experience with what should have been a simple MOT at Haywards Heath. Issues ranged from initially being directed to the wrong test location (twice!) to being told the wrong date for a retest. Not once did I receive any form of apology or sympathy for the issues caused or the time wasted. I was made to feel as though the issues were my fault when they were not. More than happy for head office to contact me for a full review of the service I received.”

“This was an amazing, efficient replacement of a fused BMW headlight. Tricky job done last minute and on my immediate arrival shortly before New Year holiday.”

“The people were very helpful and made all the necessary arrangements. When the new headlight had arrived, the garage fitted it. I had been promised a wait of an hour and they did the job well within half that time. I was very pleased.”

“I was in Canterbury for the day when I got back to my car and found it had a flat tyre with a nail in it. I tried to get a couple of garages to help me so my daughter and I could get back to London but no one was able to assist until we arrived at Elite Garages. Instead of turning us away like the other garages the staff went out of their way to help even though it was late in the day and they were clearly very busy. They have restored our faith in excellent customer service and kindness. Thank you so much for getting us out of a bad situation. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this genuine caring garage.”
