“Phoned yesterday to ask for availability to fit two tyres of my own. Advised to go today in the morning. Went there, just to be told its their company policy not to fit partly worn tyres. Fair enough, but this policy is not mentioned anywhere on their website I wasn't told on the phone either, when I said I am asking to have my owb tyres fitted. And the only thing that makes my tyres distinctive from new, was the absence of stickers and a bit of dust. But the guy couldn't even be bothered to have a look at them first, before sending me away. Even though they're supposedly offering free tyres health check.”

At Elite Garages, we only fit brand new tyres due to safety issues. We do offer free tyre health checks. During a tyre health check we inspect the tyre condition, tread depth and pressure and advise accordingly. This is different to tyre fitting. Apologies if you felt we did not make this clear.
