“Great service and communication - arrived in time. The gold however rubs off pretty quickly, 2 months of frequent wear which isnt great for £45.”

Hi Katie, Thank-you for your valued feedback. I’m really disappointed that the gold has rubbed off quite quickly on your ring. The piece you had was our standard gold plating from the everyday collection. We are actually in the process of upgrading all our collections to vermeil gold or 14k gold filled so the plating will be much thicker on all our pieces and will wear very well and last a long time. I would love you to try a piece from our new collection when it arrives. I am sure you will be very impressed! A team member will be in contact, to organise a replacement of your current ring.
