“The first item I ordered turned out to be not quite what I wanted, the necklace was a little too short, but they made no fuss at all about changing it and sent a slightly longer chain the next day which was perfect. They were very helpful and communicated well. Lovely designs and packaging also :)”

“Thankyou to Zara for a very friendly and personal service. I had an issue with a pearl bracelet that was unfortunately too small. Within a day they had made the bracelet to suit my size and was delivered the next day. Beautiful pearl jewellery with a lot of care and attention thankyou”

I’ve had my Alexandra necklace for almost two years now and wear it everyday and still in prefect condition. Customer service provided to me was outstanding.
