No customer service, I have messaged multiples times over a couple of weeks period with no response for a damaged item which broke within a couple of wears. I have purchased products in the past and loved them, however the lack of any customer care I will no longer be recommending the brand.

Nice jewellery but! their customer service is non existent. I have ordered 12 times from them. Every time it took 2 weeks for the parcel to arrive if they didn’t forget to send it. That happened too, or blamed it on evri. Happened too. You send a chaser email, they ignore you and quickly rush to send it. So then in a day or two you get the notification that they finally posted it. You only get a response to your email if you start putting negative comments under their instagram posts. Otherwise YOU ARE JUST IGNORED. All my 12 orders took ages to arrive. There is always an excuse such as understaffed, holidays, they are handmade, never own their mistakes. My very last order again took 2 weeks to arrive TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. I have never in my life experienced a shop not using an address that you have on your account and selected at checkout but randomly picked a completely different one. I did send an email regarding this, and being loyal to their usual style- they had nothing to say about it or apologise or to own their error- NO! They ignored me again! I can see from others below that they can be responsive when they like but to address their mistakes is a NO! I found this very insulting, the worst customer service and this is not the way to retain a loyal customer. After 12 orders I think I can call myself a loyal customer. They can have beautiful jewellery when you are constantly let down and ignored when issues arise then you are better off spending your hard earn money elsewhere where you are appreciated and respected.

Lovely design, poor quality, poor customer service I placed my order in Jan and didn't receive the product for 2 weeks. I contact them (by several means) and realised that the parcel was lost. They send me a new one, which is faulty. So I asked for a refund, and it's been 2 weeks since I confirmed my returned product has been received, no one replies my email.

Hello, Sorry to hear you have been having a lack of response from our team. Some of our staff were on annual leave for the last 2 weeks due to the holidays so we have been very short staffed. The product I ordered broke after a few wears , it was a cuff bracket. Quality wasn’t as good as expect.

Disappointed that my "gold" ring only stayed gold for 2 months before the sterling silver base started to show through. The previous bright gold colour is now patchy and faded. Terrible quality for the price.

We are so sorry to hear this has happened to your ring, after finding out what is the cause, it seems that the ring has tarnished over 4 months due to regular hand washing and using hand sanitiser. We do advise not to get gold plated and gold vermeil jewellery wet. We do however offer an affordable gold re-plating service which is available via our website. www.ellapalm.com Many thanks Zara

Amara Palm sent me a shipping confirmation on March 3 but never shipped my shell earrings. I contacted Wolf & Badger on March 11. They checked with Amara Palm and then informed me on March 15 that Amara Palm apologized for the error. Amara Palm offered to fix this by shipping my order NOT today, NOT tomorrow, NOT the day after tomorrow, but the day after THAT. I am underwhelmed with the level of service and their unwillingness to correct their mistake in a timely manner. They have lost me as a customer forever.

Hi Laurie, We are so sorry you are disappointed with our service. You received a confirmation on the 3rd because we shipped your order on time and it was marked as shipped from our end. This means that the parcel documents have not been scanned and it looks like your order was lost by the courier. We sent out your order again but we were unable to get it to you any sooner due to us having no stock of the shell earrings. Again we are really sorry for this our customer satisfaction is always our biggest priority and hope you can see this was not our fault and that you will think about shopping with us again in the future.
