“Ellis Jones are representing one of the people in the chain of 5 that we are involved in trying to sell our house and move into our new home. The chain is at a complete standstill because the Ellis Jones solicitor is not answering emails or the phone. We are all getting desperate to get the chain complete and it is only this solicitor who is holding everything up! I am quite disgusted and do not understand why this solicitor is allowed to act so inefficiently. My advice to anyone considering using Ellis Jones is DON'T!!!!”
“I was very surprised and let down by the Ellis and Jones service. They made buying a property frustrating and took the fun out of the process. They caused delays for my estate agent and never returned my calls or emails. They are also very expensive and didnt give me a breakdown in costs until after I had appointed them.
I will never use them again and can't stress that enough.”
