“I have friends that have used this company in swanage thay are extremely slow in dealing with house buying. One friend had to pull out of the sale because this company could not get thair act together. Now I'm not saying this company was responsible for the closure of a resent swanage estate agent. But if house buying in swanage is made very difficult by those that charge for a service/advise, then you (you the buyer/seller) have to give that due consideration. Because something is not right. Could that also be the reason why some properties in swanage have been on the market for well over a year. That's just not good enough.”

The chain is at a complete standstill because the Ellis Jones solicitor is not answering emails or the phone. We are all getting desperate to get the chain complete and it is only this solicitor who is holding everything up! I am quite disgusted and do not understand why this solicitor is allowed to act so inefficiently. My advice to anyone considering using Ellis Jones is DON'T!!!!”
“I was very surprised and let down by the Ellis and Jones service. They made buying a property frustrating and took the fun out of the process. They caused delays for my estate agent and never returned my calls or emails. They are also very expensive and didnt give me a breakdown in costs until after I had appointed them.
I will never use them again and can't stress that enough.”
