“Size description is not correct, now have to return everything and pay shipping back out of my packet , also some items material is poor quality. Most likely will not order again. Sorry, its too expensive to refund if something wrong.”

“I placed an order for 2 items on 11th August and I am still waiting after a week for them to arrive. I am going on holiday in a few days time so I will not be in for the delivery or be able to pack the clothes to take away. As I have ordered the clothes for my holiday I might as well return them as I won't be able to use them until next summer. I was told, by e-mail on the 12th August , that the items were on the way and have stayed in expectantly for 4 days which is very frustrating and annoying when that is clearly not the case.”

“I found the 'Evie ' website clear , eye-catching , and straight forward to access and order from . I liked the items available on offer to match I felt , my needs , instead of hundereds of items to trawl through I liked the key items on offer I found them well thoughtout and up-to the moment fashine wise and have recommended the website to others .”

“I shopped on-line to purchase shirts for work. The on-line process was easy to use and the products were delivered quickly. The design and quality of the shirts was better than I expected and at a very reasonable price. I will be using Elvi again.”

“I have worn Elvi trousers for many years and was so pleased to find them on line. The service was good but I was so disappointed in the stone jeans. Not aware they were "skinny" !!!! The length from waist to crotch was so short it was impossible to even pull them up! I thought I had really found something but could not have been more disappointed and for a size 20 unbelievable. My other trousers though a few years old. ( since the shops closed ) are 18 with plenty of room at the back . What has happened ? Regards. Iris Priestley ( Mrs Age 82 very active and still working!”

“Goods came promptly and were of good quality. And I managed to order the correct size. The web site was not totally responsive and when ordering into the basket there is no confirmation, so I clicked twice, ordering 2 of the same garment. I did not find an edit facility so cancelled and started again. All frustrating. However, I am glad I persevered.”

“When I used to go to uk a lot I loved the design and cut of a lot of the Elvi clothing. I still wear a denim jacket I purchased more than twenty years ago. However with current order, because your international postage rates are out of line with say people like Evans, I chose to have the order sent to an outpost of NZpost which bulks parcels and sends to NZ at competitive rates. I see from the invoice, not only have you charged me 3,95 for delivery in uk but in addition two pounds ninety three VAT!!!! So unless you refund the VAT, I will not purchase from you again. Although you have asked for my feedback I have still not received the order!! dispatched 28/7/15. If I were you I would take a close look at your competitors, ASOS ship for free all over the world, while orders from Evans often make uk to nz in five days.”

“I found the teal tunic was not to my liking and I have returned it. It was a poor fit on the shoulder and looked a mess on me. I look forward to the refund. I have no complaint about the processing and dispatch of the order, which was very efficient. E.M. Tomlinson”
