“Hi I haven’t ordered before and was unsure on sizing. I ordered larger but made enquiries as to smaller size which was out of stock. I sent two emails and had no response. I called and was told to keep checking site. I have retained the dress as I think it’s good quality and I need as a guest for wedding. Disappointed wth no response but will look at other products again.”

“Actual product was good, and delivered very fast. However, one of my items in my initial order was out of stock in the size I ordered (despite being available online), and instead of being contacted and asking if I'd like it in another size, it was simply cancelled from my order and shipped. I would have greatly preferred being contacted, because I could have ordered it in another size. I cannot reasonably order this piece separately because shipping to the US is a whopping $20.”

“Good quick delivery. The item is nice, would have been better if the coat was lined... only lined in the arms. Was very creased and will need to be dry cleaned as steaming has not removed the creases. Maybe think about long folded clothes causes deep creases. Will be happy once it’s lined and dry cleaned. Was very reasonably priced. I would look at buying from Elvi again”

“I love the brand but unfortunately for a plus size brand, the sizing is too small. I bought a gorgeous coat but the arms were way too small. More attention to these details would be appreciated as I would buy much more if the sizing was right.”

“Some pretty clothes, but wildly bizarre ideas on sizing. I bought a dress, which came up fairly large, and a pair of jeans which came up so ludicrously small that although I'd bought a size 16 they were roughly like a size 12 in most shops. So be prepared for some sizing surprises!”

“I was rather disappointed in these trousers as the fabric is poor quality and I don't think they will wear very well. However after looking long and hard for some black 'non-skinny ' trousers, which seem very hard to find I decided to keep them. I have worn them twice and they look ok.”

“Sorry - had to return it - lovely blazer but too small - size 26 is too low cut off point for us large people M&S go to size 28 on all things and 30/32 on some things 26 too small for the fabulous and different clothes sold by Elvi - please consider making it a bit bigger - the market is out there”
