“I have just bought the pvc Hi low skirt and love it. However, not thrilled that can only return via Collect Plus- had to drive 6 miles to return other things. Won't be ordering again until that is changed!”

“Well Elvi did not make me happy because the product I ordered has had to be returned. It was nothing like the picture on the model and unwearable because of the horrible scraty material and the poor finish. However, the process of buying was easy enough and it looks like returning the item through Click and collect wont be too onerous. So it was the item that dissappointed not the service.”

“Certainly my order arrived promptly, but I am somewhat disappointed by the colour and length of the blouse. It appeared more lime green on my laptop but turned out to be somewhat mustard coloured. The grey top is substantial and a good length. Haven't worn either product yet so don't have much more to say.”

“The last order was not in stock so was not happy as Elvi accepted my order.I believe it should have stated this when placed the order.Normally good service.”

Thank you for your review and for the time you have taken to write it. Once an order is placed, it can take a few minutes for the system to update the stock levels. If two customers place an order in quick succession, priority is given to the order placed first but the system can briefly show that there is stock remaining. “Gorgeous colour and floaty feminine style; however, finish on neckline is cheap.. I'm looking forward to wearing it on my holiday in August.”

“The quality of things is lovely BUT I find the shapes and sizes are not always completely flattering for the fuller figure. Things are quite boxy. Need more empire lines in the range to define the waist and bust a bit more and fewer shift styles.”

“I cant normally find a bad word to say about the quality and fit of Elvi clothes but I'm really disappointed with the size's of my last order.... some 14's were to small and others to big It won't ut me off ordering again but it might be worth saying when they are an oversize look Thanks”

“Ordered a shirt waister "dress". How can you describe it as a "dress" if the slits at the sides reach the top of my leg. Hence back on its way to you”

“First, excuse me for my english but I am a french lady. I baught a dress and a jacket. The clotg are nice but I am not happy with the finishing touches. The bottom of the dress has just been cut, without any hem and the jacket fits badly on the two sides. I think it's not a high qualiry! It was my first order but I think I'll not purchase again.”

“May be just the dress that I was sent, but the sequinned material did not line up on the back seam (ie. where the sequins fade from gold to green were not in the same place). Otherwise it was a nice dress, a lovely aqua marine colour, but think the sleeves were a little large and not in proportion to the dress.”

“I thought the jackets were of average quality - nothing special. Sadly the sizing seemed very small and both the 16 and 18 were too small and I will be returning them. They were both tight around the shoulders and tops of arms. Normally a size 16 is perfect for me.”

“I ordered 2 dresses in the samme size, but had to return both of them. One was to big and the other was to small! How can dresses in the same size be so different??”

“The pictures is not showing the real images of the clothes. The pants I bought was not as I expected. On the picture they have narrow legs but when they arrived, they had wide legs. Much to wide. I can not use them at all.”
