“I thought I'd found a couple of nice items but when delivered, they were poorly folded in bags way too small. Elvi used to ship its products on hangers and with wrappers, but now it seems that there is a challenge to get even a jacket folded into a tiny plastic bag. Sorry very disappointed”

“Good returns policy,unfortunately the sweater I ordered was much too large,have returned it and requested a size 1. This is even as I am a size 18 the size 2 was enormous, The sweater looked very nice if it fitted”

“The first pair of pants that I opened had a ripped belt loop so I was not impressed by that. I live in the U.S. so I am not going to go through the trouble of exchanging or returning anything. My excitement dwindled at this point. I still have 4 others to look through. I can't say whether I will or will not purchase from this site again.”

“Ordered a black jacket and grey skinny jeans which came quite quickly. The jeans were good quality and fit but sent them back as they didn't feel fit. The jacket looked nothing like it did in the website and to be honest felt a little over priced. Shame as I planned to wear it that night but wouldn't put me off trying again with them.”

“I like the unique cut and styling of the pants, but wish the material was a bit more substantial. The legs could have a more contemporary, slimmer cut and I wish the strap/belt along the waist was adjustable.”

“As a new customer items were not delivered on time, no fault of Elvi. Contacted them and they resent items out immediately and items came next day. Quality of clothing good, however size can vary so maybe order 2 of something for size then resend back which ever does not fit. Will buy again! So nice to see larger sizes :)”

“The item was nice n stylish but could have been packaged better and unfortunately the one I received had a hole in the pocket so had to go back, it doesn't give the overall impression of quality to a purchaser.”
