Beautiful fabric and cut but very small waist for size. Sadly, I will have to send this lovely skirt back.

I ordered the red collarless jacket but am returning it as it was a poor fit and for the money I think it should perhaps have been lined. Ordering was easy and hope the return will be as good although I do have to drive four miles to the nearest collect+. Having said all this I have bought from Elvi shops many times over the years and been pleased with my purchases but this is the first time of ordering online.

Although my order was delivered with 5 working day period, my shipment contained an item that was incorrect in size, therefore having inconvenience of returning it. Apart from that it didn't have the relevant returns docket. However I ordered 2 items and my first was just what I thought it would be and more ???? for getting that part right.

Good quality fabric and it could be a lovely coat...on someone else. Looks like a dressing gown on me! Think it is because it isn't lined so it doesn't have a prompt structure. Not the look I was going for, so having to return it.

I have ordered from Elvi for a number of years. Always loved their classic cut garments. Wish they would do more items that can be worn everyday to the office.

Delivery was fast and on time. The dress had a very good material which was perfect for winter parties. The dress itself was not true to size for me. As i am short, the dress was too long for me, and the chest area was quite large for my bust. If i had a bigger bra size i think that would fit perfectly. And also on the shoulders did not fit ok. Very disappointed. Overall I had to return it the next day for a better choice.

The coat seemed to be made of good material and was nicely lined - however it appeared that there were lots of loose threads, these i would have cut off if i had kept the coat. Unfortunately the fit was extremely small for the size ordered and was very tight on the arms so it has had to be returned but I have re-ordered a larger size hoping that this will fit.

The service was really good and the item was delivered quickly. The fit and proportions of the item bought (a leather jacket) were poor and the product had a bad odour.

I first bought your products at Allders in Leeds when I discovered them in 1999. The colours and materials and design and fitting were wonderful. I also found your products in Edinburgh and Debenhams, London. Again, the materials and fabrics, designs and colours- especially the CREATIVITY of the DESIGNS- were first class. I got 2 light green skirts. Short-sleeved dark green and navy tops with buttons. A marvellous button-down short-sleeve top with a white background and vertical winding sift green lines like grasses In 2004, Real DELICACY. I bought 2 navy skirts-well-made but too dark. In 2002, for 2 weddings I got 2 outfits. One red top and skirt on a good fabric with a small decoration on the top pocket and on the waist, a navy outfit on good fabric with small white lines (NOT dots) here and there. I still have and wear these clothes with nostalgia. Then something happened. 4 deaths in my family. I bought a lovely OUTFIT from you, navy buttoned top and skirt with muted gentle violet flowers, not too many. At the Debenhams sale, I bought the winter coat I wear now- beige imitation suede, and 3 button-down tops I wear today. Also pull-over tops, one with a blue and red pattern on a white background I like NOW. Good quality and varied ORIGINALITY. Then sadly I had to go to Wimbledon by train from Waterloo. There I bought a wonderful navy blazer with good soft material and a gentle curve to the lines of the collar. It was sadly damaged after 2 years. I also got a wonderful white satin blouse with sleeves that opened out before the wrist I still wear- you sold it in RED! too. Sometime I got a satin blouse with an asymmetrical hem, white with a soft black geometrical pattern, also CREATIVE and STIll WORN. Then a catastrophe! All your shops shut! I could not see your choice in the real colours and fabrics when you went on line. WHY? I bought 2 lovely LINEN shirts in TEAL and LAVENDER. I am STILL WAITING for their RETURN. Your skirts became monotonously DARK and in bad taste- with 1 exception- the blue linen one with a button at the waist. No blue, green or violet. Yet garish ORANGE appeared. NOT DELICATE. General Worse Taste for the Ordinary shopper. You clearly got a BAD DESIGNER. Your fabrics, colours are WORSE. Patterns? PATHETIC. You are SAVING on SKIRT BUTTONS! I have had to have them attached by a professional at extra Cost. Sadly, the SKIRTS and BLOUSES/SHIRTS are LONGER as well as Darker. There are NO OUTFITS of SKIRT and TOP that suit different occasions and LOOK NICE. Even EVANS has better quality than you, and more cheerful. A plum satin blouse from them is better than anything you have had in a long while. I am glad and sad that I have found Simply Be, connected to Fifty Plus, my age now. Redoute have some nice things. But you are BORING NOW. I am RETURNING the COBALT TOP that just ARRIVED because there are GREY MARKS and DiSCOLORATIONS on the SHOULDER. You are just trying to get rid of worse quality. I bought 3 beige and white linen skirts from you. To DYE THEM the TEAL and LAVENDER you had before. I am a WOMAN. FEMININE I hope. NOT DEAD yet. I like to socialise- and NOT in Black, grey or brown. The average British woman is 5 feet 5 inches. NOT 5' 10". The blouses therefore have the breasts too LOW DOWN for the average woman. This discoloured new COBALT one, I am NOT TRYING on to find WHERE you put the breasts THIS TIME. Women (who LOOK LIKE ATHLETIC MEN) in BLACK TROUSERS are modelling the TOPS. You have NOT ONE SKIRT? Few WOMEN go for WOODLAND WALKS in BLACK FREQUENTLY. What went wrong? Your MANAGEMENT have gone mad. It is very sad. The jacket I bought was too large everywhere except on the upper arms, which were tight. However ordering and returns service was OK, subject to the fact that I returned my purchase on Thursday and have not received an email confirming my refund. The returns note I included in the parcel should have had order details already printed as other retailers do. I hope I I filled it in correctly

I am disappointed that the coatigan I ordered is too large for me. Having searched in vain on the Elvi website to find what a size 2 meant in ordinary dress-sized terms, I thought I would risk ordering the size 2 (I am size 20/22). Sadly it is too big for me in all respects, the sleeves are also too long. I am returning the size 2, and would consider ordering a size 1 if I could be reassured it would fit me. Such a pity, it is a lovely garment and such a great colour. Could do better, Elvi.

Unfortunately 2 pieces did not fit. So I had to return them. The postal fees from Austria to England are € 16.00, so quite expensive. Is there any possibilty to share return postal fees for/with customers out of Great Britain?

Bought the black waterfall zip cardigan, While stylish it is disappointingly thin and has that "man-made" feel about it. It will as they say "do a turn" but very glad I didn't pay over the odds for it.

Very long. The zip at the front was unnecessary and does not look nice. Had to return. The material is lovely and the print was beautiful. It is a shame I could not wear it.

This package arrived 'on time' what would have been good was a way to track my order so I knew when it would arrive. I like the dress - I'm just glad I got it with 20% off because there's no way something of such thin knitwear (93% polyester!) should be more than £30 let alone £75. Would have been nice if as it says it has 3 ways to wear it that there'd be a diagram explaining the 2 ways because I can only see two...

I have been disappointed with the summer collection, not a patch on last year. Too much polyester, larger people tend to get hot and polyester is not an ideal material. Have bought nothing in the past few months, bough lots in the Winter. Those the dye dresses looked grim, where is the lovely linen this year.Hope for a better selection in the coming months
