I found the sizes varied wildly between garments with some being too big and others being too small- not an issue I have in other stores. The styles are really lovely and different so can this be addressed?

Delivery of goods was quick but items were poor quality. Returned one under consumer protection act for refund as after wearing once it was covered in tufts of wool and shapeless.

Quite nice coat and a bargain at less than 50. Fabric feels a little cheap and the arms are a bit tight, but overall worth the money I spent on it.

The item I bought was not flattering so it was returned. In the past elvi have produced black cotton/ polyester mix t- shirts with a neat round neckline, suitable for wearing to work under a jacket or casually with jeans. Mine are starting to look their age so please bring them back. Remember cotton with some polyester is so much more comfortable to wear than viscose, I don't need to explain why!

The top that I ordered plunged past the waist at the front so I returned it as it was impossible to wear without something else underneath. The photography and description weren't clear on this aspect of the style. The online service and very speedy delivery were great.

I have shopped with Elvi for years but now the designs are not so good. The choice for everyday clothes is not there.

The trousers I ordered arrived quickly but the size did not seem true, the hanger was broken so I have returned them. Dissappointing

I have bought clothes from Elvi for many, many years. Unfortunately, recently, I have noticed that the quality is not nearly so good. In June I bought items and 2 of my purchases' stitching came away AT FIRST WEAR while out with friends- at the sleeve in one garment and at the buttons on the other. Stupidly, I threw them out before voicing my complaint on Facebook. I was told I should have returned the clothes, but I'd had them a week, after quickly trying them on when I received them, and I'd disposed of the plastic returns bag. I used to be able to get many sparkly tops for Christmas events and, when going to my son's school/ charity balls, could always rely on Elvi to get my occasion outfits. I rarely can do this as the range stocked now tends to be rather dull and disappointing. I'm sorry to be so negative, but if it was my business, I'd want customers to be totally frank when they have been asked for feedback. I do wish ELVI well and I will, hopefully, continue to shop with you.

I have been a customer of Elvi for many many years but consider today's choices very limiting for the older lady. You used to have a selection of colours, now there is trends dependant on one main colour theme. Gone are the coloured patterned blouses that would go with either trousers or a skirt. Some of the fashions that in vogue are not suitable for the older bigger lady, I am not keen on black or dark grey and there is a lot of it in your selection. I have blouses that I have been wearing for years but there is nothing that I like to replace them, the quality is still good and that is a plus sign for you.

Was reasonably happy wirh my purchase.Although the quality is not as good as it used to be .Also find sizing is a hit or a miss.

This was my first online order with Elvi, and initially I was disappointed, because 2 out of 3 items I order were with obvious defects and had to be sent back. However, customer service was prompt in replying and sending me a replacement item and making a refund for another item. I particularly like the female suits designs on Elvi, and they are generally good value for money as the quality is good (if items sent without defects!).

Hi. I had some items delivered and returned a few via collections service at local shop about 2 weeks ago but not received confirmation that it was returned and payment made to my account?

I have found that over the years the clothes seem to me to have become a little boring and sorry to say, in some cases, look dated. I used to enjoy looking at the clothes and still have a jacket which was unusual, well made, and has been admired many times. I find I can no longer get such clothes from Elvi. However, staff have always been very helpful and delivery and communications are excellent.

Unfortunately I had to send item back as it was not true to size but the skirt I ordered was of good quality so have requested the next size up delivery was very efficient so I'm hoping my refund or exchange will be equally as efficient .

Upset that one of the blouses I brought after only wearing it once the sleeve frayed where it was attached to the cuff. Expected item to be decent quality and not sure how to repair it so I can wear it again.

Although, overall, you clothes are good, I think you focus too much on dresses and suits, some more blouses and casual trousers would be great. I always used to buy my work suits from you - trousers and jackets, but now you don't do classic, well cut styles. You need to get a bit more modern in your outlook. Whilst writing, I must protest about you closing the Canterbury shop within Nason's, are you going to open another one or must we all now buy 'on-line'. I don't expect an answer as I have already written once and had no reply.
