“I was delighted to find that Elvi offers some really beautiful and elegant clothes in plus sizes. Most other plus size retailers focus on tee shirts and jeans or cheap-looking dresses. Just because we wear plus sizes doesn't mean we don't appreciate unusual fabrics and elegant style. Elvi's website is beautifully designed and was easy to use. My order arrived promptly in a lovely white box. BUT, the sleeves of the lace bomber jacket are about 4 inches too long (I'm 5'8"). The gray coat felt like it weighed 10 lbs. I want to return these items but there is no provision for non-UK customers. It would probably cost me $40 or more to ship them back to the UK. I tried to return them through one of your retailers near me (Nordstrom), but they wouldn't take them. As much as I love your style and everything else about your company, the return process for customers outside the UK is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I have another order in transit. I'm hoping there will be no problems. Sorry, but I am not likely to order from Elvi again.”

“Didt pay attention to I was ordering from U.K. 2 sweater one was to small the expense to return wasn't worth it so I am stuck with a sweater can't wear on the sweater it stated us size U.K. Size when I order it only had sizes not the difference in sizes .disappointed”

“A bit disappointed that postage was so expensive and when my purchase arrived it was lovely apart from the sleeves were too tight. Had to send it back although would have loved to keep it”

“The coat was received v quickly and returned free of charge. The Trench coat itself was ttoo creased to consider wearing or even steam ironing and the material was not suitable for an outer coat. Size and fit were fine.”

“Items arrived quickly and the items seem to be of good quality & as pictured yet they definitely do come up small size wise. I ordered a size 16 & all items are all too small, 2 skirts & a T shirt I would have needed size 18. As I'm on a diet at the moment & like the items I'm keeping them to give me incentive with my diet & hopefully I will get into them in the near future.”

“So far so good. I have returned an item and I am waiting for the size up. However I am a bit miffed that I have to pay for posting but if my requested item comes back and fits I'll be even more happy, if it doesn't fit I'll be disappointed at having to pay another £7 to return it. But we shall see. Do, so far 😀”

“My order arrives in a beautifully presented box. Both the trousers and blouse were lovely. I tried both on and the fit was perfect. I've subsequently washed the trousers on a silk setting and both hems on the trouser legs have come down. Bitterly disappointed in the quality.”

“Arrived quickly, good quality however even though I sized up on advice, was really small and so have returned to exchange for biggest size (26) when I am usually a 20/22 in most stores/ online shops.”

“I will be returning both dresses. The yellow & blue chambray frayed dress must be mismarked as to its size since I can't even get it on. The blue & toffee striped one is just too big. I was very disappointed, but I will try again, since you really do have cute clothes.”

“The whole ordering experience was great, and the dresses beautiful, however, I don't know what height you base your dresses on, but despite them looking very short on the models, they both came to well below the knee on me and I'm 5' 4", which I don't think is overly small!”
