“My husband was looking for some info.
I see the site provided info for free with their 3 day free trial.
I went to find the info, was led to a plate where I had to download a manual.
After several attempts on several different applications we were not able to access the info.
I was unable to utilise the info on this site, so I unsubscribed.
Was then charged for it.
I contacted support explaining the issue, that I was unable to view after trying on 2 seperate desk top computers and a laptop, I unsubscribed but they are refusing to refund the money.
Not only are they falsely advertising that 3 days are free (I signed up and unsubscribed within the same day), but I could not access the info anyway!

This means that during the trial, you can view the manuals directly on our platform without the option to download or add them to your account; these features are reserved for paid memberships.
When you opted to download 1997-2005 Toyota Hilux Service & Repair Manual Software which is not a PDF but an OVA software file, which is not available to free trial members, and the page clearly tells you “ONLY AVAILABLE TO FULL MEMBERS ONLY”, our system prompted you to upgrade to a full membership, which provides additional benefits including the ability to download manuals. As outlined in the upgrade notification, choosing to activate a full membership plan immediately ends the free trial and incurs the charge for the selected plan. This information is also detailed in the pop-up window that appears during the upgrade process, which clearly states, “Activating to a full membership plan ends your 3-day free trial and charges the selected membership amount.”
I understand that you were unable to view the manual, and for that, I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Our support team can ceratinly help with this, and provide alternative download links. However, our records show that the membership services were utilized which, according to our terms, disqualifies the transaction from a refund. Attached to this message is the screenshot of the pop-up your husband received during the upgrade for your reference.

They advertise zero waiting time, but with me it said that my manual was pending...it took a long time before a service manual was ready.
I then asked for a refund of the membership as they are charging me before I have access to any manuals. Something they don't let you know in advance! But customer service states they do not refund accounts that are active. A day after I ended my membership, they let me know that the manual is ready, but you don't get access because you don't have an active account, even if you have paid for a whole month, they close access, normal practice is then that you have access to the end of the month you have been charged for. Just trickery.. steer clear!
