I bought Avene cream online from them and I received expired item, then when I returned it I optioned for refund. They didn’t refund my money saying that the problem is from the bank and I think they will never refund it

“I'm really disappointed with 6th Street and their customer service. If you are making an order dont trust their delivery time especially if you need an item urgently or you are travelling. As they may decide to postpone your shipment to another day without even trying to inform the customer.. I called 9 times and sent 4 emails just to follow up on a single order ⁸to make sure it's delivered on Sunday 18th February (which is what was written in my order, its not like i was asking for a favor) because i was travelling, Its only on the 9th call that's when the customer service told me your order can't be shipped again today without any valid reason, just told the shipment company said they will send it tomorrow. This is the MOST USELESS RESPONSE for you guys as an online business! Not everyone lives in Dubai, some people trust your shipping timelines to receive their products and travel. Absolutely DISAPPOINTED.”
“Worst place to buy mens shoes.. they don’t deliver on time.. if the delivery is on time, the product will be incorrect. If the product is correct and delivered on time it will be a worn out piece. I would never recommend anyone. Pls stay away.”

If you want to wait for your order twice more than expected or order and item and receive something similar but with cheaper price than you paid, hear stupid excuses from customer service which they will give after ages since you place a complaint, or issues while viewing items or trying to place order as their website and app are horrible, you are welcome to 6th street. Actually, that’s a pity, as they have so many nice products but so dreadfully managed.”
