Horrible Experience. Customer service lacks urgency and efficiency. Been going back and fourth with Khey for over 2 months about an item I ordered. I ordered an item and they have sent me the complete different item. I returned and asked them to correct and send the replacement in which I was informed I would be refunded and would have to order again. They got back to me and said i was refunded to my account but nothing was popping up in my account credits. I went back and about 2-3 weeks later they said they accidentally refunded me in the wrong currency and thats why it was not popping up on my account. I Then ordered the item, and about a few days later, at the EXACT same time and date, received 2 emails. 1 saying my order was cancelled and 1 saying that it was shipped. I then went back to support after 2 months asking them what the issue is now, and they came back saying that there was only 1 left but they still didn’t send to me. Replies took forever even after going back and fourth and trying to solve this issue with someone who has been asking them constantly for 2 months on updates. Will not be shopping here again. Horrible Company and no compensation for lost time.

I used to think the store was good. I placed an order, ordered a toy and my order was simply canceled without explanation. I won't be ordering from this store again and I wouldn't recommend it to others!

Ordered a handbag from End. When the package arrived with the courier I could tell there was nothing in the box. I opened the box and there was no handbag inside just the order confirmation and the dust bag. I've been in correspondence with customer service since December and they refuse to send me a refund for the item that I paid for. they asked me to get a police statutory declaration, which I did and yet they still refuse to resolve the issue. I've read these reviews and see someone else posted about almost the exact same thing happening to them. I urge you to think strongly before deciding to purchase an order from End.

THIS IS ADDRESSED TO UAE RESIDENTS IF THEY ARE SEEING THIS. I wanted to share my experience so you can set your expectation if you are planning to order from endclothing.com/. I Placed an order recently on 29th March 2023 and was expected to receive my shipment on the 5th of April as stated on their website so I completed the payment and paid the $30 shipment fees. After that i received a confirmation email with a note that another email will be sent when the item is dispatched... its 5th April and no email update so i got in touch with them and they were sorry for the delay as they have a promotion period and things got busy so they promised another 48th hours for the dispatching but of course nothing has happened so i was in touch with them again and the same answer was given. I though of being flexible and i understood the situation as i am not in hurry to receive the order so i waited till the 11th of April to follow up and get the same feedback over and over.. after all this lovely experience i gave them the option to either ship my order within 24 hours or cancel the order if they can't commit so they took the easy route and they cancelled the order. (I can share all my documented emails with them if needed) In my personal opinion, this can happen from time to time but if you aren't able to act professionally & deliver your business promises to your customers it is better not to show any commitments from the early stages. This is a non pleasant experience with this seller and I would not recommend them unless you have the energy and the patience to deal with such level of unprofessional firms.

Scammers! Dishonest company that has become totally unreliable! They canceled a portion of my order and never informed me about it. And when it past the delivery due date I emailed them they never replied. Mind you I had not receive a single email regarding the status of my order. Then I did a live chat that I waited an hour for… they said they will follow up with an email. But the next day they canceled the entire order. The refund was also insufficient too. They are scammers. Do not buy from them!!

Worst company to do business with (online) they will take your money for items that don’t exist then won’t tell you what’s going on. You will be left ringing customer support who won’t pick up the phone to you (after 20 mins on hold the line goes dead). They won’t refund you for items the way you have paid they will just put everything on credit. Avoid this company at all costs. Would rather walk 10 miles backwards then give these cowboys a single bean. Images attached are just from one day of trying I don’t have time to be sat around for hours on end like the expect people do.

I bought on Nov 20th, estimated delivery date was Nov 25-28th. Bought my stuff but they weren't shipping even after the estimated delivery date. I called, emailed 3 times. They never answer. And they just cancelled my order today without any explanation. On the product page of the website, it still says to order the product to receive it by December 8th. What a scam. I'm never buying from End clothing.

I note that END clothing think it is good costumer service to mess up an order and leave it up to costumer to sort out the extra costs that this has given the client. - END clothing has done a mistake which the admit. - END clothing has given the costumer extra cost related to tax and import frees due to this mistake. - END clothing leave the work to the costumer to try to sort out an refund of the extra costs from Norwegian custom. - END clothing doesn’t take any responsibility for this mistake.

Ordered from USA and was never made clear at any point that this was a UK based company, and that return shipping for exchanges would have to be paid by the customer. One of the medium carhatt T-shirts I ordered was more like an extra large. The customer service person I email with, Olivia, was polite, and pointed out that they were different fits, but to me this was still unacceptable. Their website listed a difference in the fit size of 3/4 on an inch pit to pit and it was more like a 3 to 4 inch difference. The T shirt cost US $54 which is insane in the first place, but the cost to ship it from US to UK priority international was $57. Never again – US buyers beware

Awful online store. The worst of those whom I have come across. Dimensional chart of Dr. Martens 1460 vintage is not true! The size chart indicates that 6.5UK is 25 centimeters. Chat operator Briege told me that 6.5 UK is 24.6 centimeters. But when the boots came, it turned out that it was 25.5 centimeters! They are too big! I wrote a complaint to the chat on Saturday (February 20), chat operator Briege promised me that the sizing team will check the size on Monday (Feb 22). They couldn't give me an answer for a week! As a result, I myself wrote several times and finally I was told that they did not see the error. I sent a photo of the insole measurement, where it can be seen that it is 25.5 cm! I was sending a screenshot of a chat message where the operator lied to me and gave me the wrong information. But no one cares about my evidence! I'm sure the sizing team didn't even measure the boots! I made a return and demand that they compensate me for the cost of the return, 2340 rubles! My order number is # 17000044025

Customer Experience Post I have been an END. customer since 2018, and am sad to report that I've had issues with each of my orders. From receiving the incorrect size shoes, to long delays clearing customs, and getting entirely the wrong items... needless to say, each order progressively got worse. During a recent sale, (at a time where we cannot go out shopping due to the pandemic) I submitted a larger order then usual, which took a couple weeks for them to ship, due to a "stock" issue. All the same, it seemed fine given the fact that it was it was over a month before Christmas, as many of the items were intended to be gifts. Fast forward to two weeks after Christmas, on January 12th, the boxes were finally released from customs, and delivered... but horror soon emerged as I saw that one of the three boxes had been badly damaged (see photos below), with many of it's items missing. Upon further inspection it appeared that these boxes must have been made, and not your typical boxes (e.g. larger inner flaps, uneven cuts), and in another box I discovered broken items. The overall packaging of all three boxes were not sturdy, had inadequate cushioning, nor the support for the weight. My advise to END, reeducate your warehouse with the FedEx general packaging guidelines, and elevate your standards. Placed an order with them, as I have done many times in the past 6 years or so but usually I only buy shoes. Anyway in this case I bought £200 worth of items and the package did not show up. I immediately took the necessary steps to try to locate my package and the courier. I also contacted end and they advised me to do the same, I was unable to locate this package and emailed end clothing again. I was contacted by Matthew Haris from end clothing, this is what he said “This investigation will consist of the driver being interviewed and returning to the delivery address, to confirm where and to whom this was delivered so the parcel can be recovered. They will also check the GPS location of the driver so he can return to the location to resolve. This investigation can take up to 5 working days to complete, however the courier will provide us with regular updates throughout which will be forwarded to you as and when we receive them.” After not hearing anything back from them and having to CHASE THEM UP 12 days later Matthew responds with “ Please accept my apologies for the delay in resolving this issue for you. Unfortunately we are experiencing a longer time frame than initially advised which I can only apologise for, but this is completely beyond our control at this stage.” So now I’m waiting indefinitely because no time frame was given to me, bear in mind there is a time limit on how long I have to raise a dispute with the courier. After chasing them for another 7 days from this email they eventually made the decision to not refund me, this was during the first COVID 19 pandemic and lockdown of 2020, there was limited services as well as huge financial pressure on myself during these unprecedented times. I was briskly told to take it up with the police or courier services now as this was my only option. Matthew haris took so long dealing with this that I was unable to raise a dispute with the courier services, as the time frame from when the delivery had been made has passed. I’ve spent over thousands of pounds at this store over the years. Customers could never be valuable to a company that sells face masks for £89 to be honest. You will find attached communications and the picture dpd have used as a confirmation of delivery. There are 300 flats in my block with the same door.
