I only got 2 our of 5 ordered items, how can that be? Why does the online stock not match the real one? Even worse: I didn't get any refund yet although I was asked about it for at least two of the missing items before shipping.

I ordered the Euro 96 home shirt at £30 thinking I had a bargain, the next day I walked into my local sports direct store and saw the exact same shirt for £15! I felt completely and utterly ripped off.

I ordered items and i was sent the wrong size. Ive messaged them and no ones bothered to respond! The person who packed it marked correct items posted but i have pictures to prove them wrong. Where are the 2 xl sizes?

I wanted a full England goal keeper kit with shirt shorts gloves and socks I could only get the shirt in age 10 junior Couldn't add his name on that either I've had to go round numerous shops picking up one from each The main England shop should be the one stop shop to go to

I found it very disappointing that i ordered a top for St. George's day,although I paid extra for next day delivery it armed the day after St. George's day.when I asked for the extra delivery costs back,I was told it was next working day.that is ok but when I ordered on the Thursday the website was covered in promotions selling goods for St. George's day. So very disappointed with the device showing false promotion and not getting delivery costs back.steve hopwood fan no 55345559

Item was not delivered on time. Item was already being sold at JD sports for a much cheaper price and with free delivery by the time mine arrived

Size guide on website is wrong Medium shows 9-10 year old 6-7 got delivered 9 year old son wasn't happy

The medium on the size guide if for Youths only. However we have now corrected this issue to make it easier for our customers to shop. Assuming you use YODEL to deliver your product, I am still awaiting the goods and unable to track the current status. If not, then I feel that by now, your order should be with me.

After waiting 3 weeks for delivery, one of the items was out of stock and the other items were dispatched at the same time. Which means on me child now has an England hoodie and the other doesn't.

the wrong sized item was sent in error and I had then to pay for postage to return before I got the correct size, which I am still awaiting refund!

Ordered two England training tops for two grandsons' Xmas presents and only when I checked on my order was I informed not only was one out of stock but Nike weren't sending any more! Dreadful customer service. Thank goodness the FAI could do better for our bi-nationality family.

From Ordering to actual Dispatch of my order took a week. I think this is too long in modern times when other sporting delivery companies dispatch either the same day or the day after.

Ordered 2 different items in 3 sizes each which said in stock but then to be informed 1 item in 3 sizes not avaliable. Why say in stock when not.

Order was placed on 06/04/16 hoping for it to arrive in time for my sons birthday on 22/04/16 when I ordered all items was showing as 'in stock' I phoned up customer services on the 18/04/16 to chase my items up to be told they was awaiting one item from Nike to be delivered to their warehouse on that day and they would be sent out 1st class and should recieve them next day this went on for the rest of the week I was promised call backs which I never got on the day of my sons birthday I received an email saying all items had been sent to me and would recieve them next day I waited in all day yet again nothing arrived I phoned back up on the Monday 3 days after my sons birthday to be told no items was sent out as they was still waiting for 1 item from Nike I requested the items that was in stock to be sent out to me and a refund on the item they was waiting on from Nike In which I received full refund and next day delivery on the other 2 items.

Why one earth, with the amount I paid for the products, do I need to pay to return the goods? There are no shops near where I live, I think it's greedy on behalf of the England store.
