Im 200 pounds athletic build and the arms are super super tight. I know this is the player version but there is no need for the arms to be this fitted to the point it almost cuts off circulation. Im not overweight at all nor weight lift. have to wear a tshirt underneath as the fabric is so thin you can literally see every hair on your chest. its almost see through. again I know its the on field shirt but what happened to kits like the original nike one? just disappointed once again. don't have time before the world cup to send it back to try the fan version out. don't have a shirt to wear now.

My order got lost and the communication in general from the England store is basically none existant. I placed a second order which your information states should be with me in 5 working days that 5 working days has been and gone I ring your customer services to be told it’s been delayed but there was no communication of this until I rang you, had I known that I would have sourced a shirt locally so I had it ready for the first game of the World Cup now I can’t and for the money it costs this is not good enough. The communication side of your business needs a real good overhaul.

Sent out wrong size sweatshirt and had to pay delivery to send back when totally your mistake, also I paid for fast delivery to receive wrong sweatshirt. Rating could go higher depending how long it takes to send out correct garment.

It’s pathetic that, between the FA and Nike, there wasn’t enough shirts etc. available and we need to wait 6 weeks. Also the sizing for kids clothes is a JOKE. Why isn’t the centimeter size given on the website? This is especially dumb as the CM size is printed inside the shirt etc. For my kids, I will not order from the website again!!!

Subjective view - placed an order for delivery well in advance of my Son's Birthday (full England kit with a first team players name on the shirt). The socks were on back order. To cut a long story short, only received the shirt and shorts after cancelling the socks and getting a free next day delivery on his Birthday some 3 weeks after the initial order was placed. I ended up ordering the socks separately from Kitbag, which came within 2 days. We needed to ask for the free next day delivery, not offered. When ordering, what in my opinion, is a standard shirt (didn't want specialist printing) we shouldn't have been told that printing could cause further delays. Also, and sorry to mention this, implying the supplier, in this case Nike, are the cause of the delays is not the customers concern. you were no more expensive than anywhere else, I wanted to be sure to get official kit and the best quality, however I would probably be reluctant to use you again. On the plus side though: when receiving emails and calling up, it did feel a bit more of a personal service than some large chains; the kit DID arrive on his Birthday and he loves it. Please take this as constructive criticism - I just feel that the service wasn't quite as good as if I'd gone elsewhere to buy the kit.

Delivery was stated to to around 5 working days, however it took over a week to receive it.

Ordering is overly complicated and receipt is confusing. Tracking doesn’t work. Prices are too high.

I purchesed a polo shirt according to the size description on the site, but the product did not match the measures in real life (despite the tag being correct). I'm not stuck with a shirt that is too big for me, although I bought it according to my exact measures.

Dirty around the collar. Looks used. Have to keep it as can’t find another. Will need a wash before wrapped as a Xmas present otherwise would have returned it

Took to long to send items out. I had to chase my order up before they sent it out. Especially after paying a premium postage price.

Ordered clothes in do size and no way are they x large. The t shirt actually fits my 9 year old granddaughter. No point sending them back as it just costs more money. So disappointed

I ordered 2 items in time for the women's euro, however after 4 weeks I had not received any confirmation about shipping let alone my order, so I emailed customer services for them to get back to me bearing in mind this is 4 weeks after placing the order they email back to inform me they don't have the product and a refund has been organised, if I hadn't emailed to check up on my order I most likely will be still waiting for notification now.

I ordered 2 shirts to fit a size 18 when the shirts arrived, XL they would fit! Extremely small would fit 12-14 I need a 20!,

THE ACTUAL T SHIRT WAS LOVELY, BUT THE SIZING WAS VERY POOR. THEY WERE TOO SMALL TO THEIR SIZE AND MUCH TOO SHORT. SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT!!

I paid next day delivery and it didn't arrive. I was told an attempt was made but I had no evidence to suggest anyone had tried and I had stayed in all day. And the 10% supporter's discount was not been applied.

...where do I start? I ordered a personalised shirt but they sent an un-personalised one hence I decided to go elsewhere because the shirt was a gift for someone who was leaving the country imminently (so I couldn't wait). They rectified the error by sending the correct shirt, which I didn't need anymore but refused to refund me on both shirts (i.e. the personalised and un-personalised) - they insisted they would only refund on the un-personalised shirt as per their policy but did not take into consideration that the initial mistake was theirs. However a meagre 10% discount was offered.

Looked on line, delivery said 5-7 days. Ordered for a birthday present to be personalised. Wasn't contacted for 6 days and then that was to confirm the personalisation I requested. Item then wasn't received until almost 2 weeks after I ordered!
