Horrendous customer service! Told it would take 3 days for delivery, ended up being 15 days! Called six times and no one can provide any updates! Told would get printing cost refunded then they refused to honour! Avoid at all costs!!!!

HORRENDOUS FRAUD COMPANY!! Avoid!! I wish I listened to the reviews. I tried to contact them there was no number no email but you could “chat”. It was automated and there was never an advisor. Paid next day delivery months later items never arrived. Had to contact Amex for a refund then funnily enough I got an email saying how they had cancelled my order. Only because Amex got involved and got the money back. Better ordering off sports direct or something like that. I can’t believe England have this company as a partner! Terrible!

Just an update for anyone still waiting for a shirt (personalised or away). I have finally been told today that no stock is expected anytime soon and have been advised to cancel my order. This is despite me being told around 10 times over the past 3 weeks my order was being processed and i was even told on Monday my shirt was with the personalisation team and was promised it would be with me by yesterday. It was only when i rang up today wanting to know why i was lied too that a manager told me i had been lied too throughout the process and my shirt is not in stock and was never with the personalisation team. Without doubt the worst customer experience i have ever had. Very stressful and upsetting considering this is the Official England Store which meant I and many other fans saw this as the most trustworthy and reliable place to order our England merchandise for a major tournament.

Absolute joke of a company, still not received my order placed on 10th June for 2 England tops, which stated on your website “in stock”! I have emailed you 3 times, no response, called four times, no one can give me a straight answer to when I will receive my order, I have to email to get a manger to speak to me! But you don’t answer emails! Never will I use you again, refund me back!

Said my shirt would arrive in 3-6 working days. It took over two weeks which made it pointless as I needed it for an event. When I go to return the item, not only do they not refund my shipping, but they charge me DOUBLE shipping costs to return it. I've ended up paying 30% of the cost of the item because they can't live up to their delivery promises. Do not use.

Ordered a personalised shirt 20+ days ago expecting a delivery within 6 days at least. Benefit of the doubt i waited 14 and have had no update. Getting in touch with the england store customer service is non existent. No tracking, no information, no updates. Very poor service.

Stay well clear of this company. Like many other ordered an England shirt and although states 3-5 working days have heard nothing weeks after ordering! Shambles of a company.

Ordered England Kit on 7/6/21 with 3-5 business days for delivery. Started ringing on 15/6 to ask when order would be dispatched. Every time I spoke to someone, I was told something different. Order was never updated on line. Thank goodness I paid via PayPal as started a dispute on 20/6 and received full refund from Paypal on 26/6 as company hadn’t responded. Avoid at all costs!!!

Wow England store shame on you, please please please stay well clear of this website not only it is a poor service but customer service response it’s absolutely shocking, been waiting for weeks for a shirt absolute disgrace charged over £80 for a shirt and my son is still weighing while shame on you,

Ordered 2 shirts on 3 june still not received, i have emailed 3 times and called them but NOTHING! I have no option to cancel the order either NOT HAPPY!

Absolute scam, have been waiting for an order or at least some information on the order since April (it’s now almost july). No responses at all on email, or their chat function on the website. They were quick to take payment but have not shipped anything for 2 months.

As the rest, ordered thinking it would arrive in good time for son’s Birthday. Avoided kitbag.com as knew they had such a bad reputation, order from england store and notice Kitbag.com on statement. Nothing, no contact, useless, rubbish. GO TO A SHOP DO NOT USE THIS ENGLAND STORE or KITBAG. Purchase does not arrive, if I could find the office I would be there along with hundreds more to vent anger.

Only giving one star because I can’t give zero. Item arrived faulty, told I couldn’t return it as I didn’t have the tags. Unhelpful and disinterested staff. Eventually told them I had a right under the Consumer Act 2015 to return my items within 30 days, regardless of tags…still waiting for a refund. Never again, absolutely awful!

Worst experience ever. Products are not good, poor quality, very long period of return. I returned items in April but still I didn't get my refund as today June 22nd. Can't connect with customer service. Doesn't reply to my emails, impossible to connect with Chat agent, and through phone. Shame on you.
