“Excellent service and communication as I had to cancel the order due to problems with delivery taking to long but they dealt with it perfectly and my card was refunded very quickly so thanks to all concerned would use again”

“Light and delivery excellent. Fitted cable on light had a very short 10cm extra, thus the the cable entry from the ceiling is no longer central. I had expected the connector to be in the light fitting rather than needing a new ceiling fitting. Totally satisfied with the final result but needed a lot more ceiling renovation than expected.”

“Very helpful when enquires made, but with some of the kitchen lights that are being sold there are no fittings available for them particularly for the MFI kitchens, it would be helpful if this was made clear beforehand.”

“Good points 1. Your website had the items I wanted at the price I wanted to pay 2. Your emails were clear 3. When I contacted you on the phone, you were friendly and helpful. Not so good points 1. Some items were not available 2. Delivery has been slow. It will be in 3 separate packages. 2 not yet arrived”
