Absolutely Shocking customer service. Placed an order for warm white bulbs via the website, All bulbs in stock according to the website. waited till the day before delivery to tell me that there was a mistake and they only have cool white bulbs in stock. I said OK i will have those instead. I asked if they would send them for next-day delivery as I required the bulbs urgently. Yes of course we can send them next day for an additional £12. Its not my fault you advertised an item for sale that you don't have, Its not my fault you waited for a week to inform me and its no right that I should have to pay an additional £12 to get the item at the time originally specified. When I asked these questions, they promptly canceled my order, refunded my money, Wasted a week of my time waiting for the item. Absolutley disgusted with you. A proper explanation would've been decent courtesy.

they sell things they do not have in stock, do not tell you and you just wait, very poor customer service.

Bad customer service. They sent the wrong size bulbs. Then didn’t send the correct one upon return as they promised. Month later and still waiting for my full refund. Their mistake at my expense.

This order was cancelled due to delivery time being extended to June/July time - (see Eviro-Lights e-mail dated 28th January).

Hi Michael, Sorry you were disapointed with the delivery time but as expalined in our email this was due to the stock situation with the supplier and was not a situation under our control.

Awful customer service, send me a damaged product. When I contacted them they didn't even want it to get this back. After few emails they told me to send this back and cover the postage only get a refund for goods not for postage which I pad upfront to get those items as well.

The first bulb an Orbitec E14 60W that I used to replace a blown one gave an incredibly bright light and was much brighter than the other bulbs in the ceiling light. The light was switched off 2 hours later. However, the following morning, when the light was switched back on, the bulb blew with a mighty bang and fused the lighting circuit. On inspection of the bulb, a hole had blown in the threaded screw section of the bulb. I have not used any of the other bulbs that I purchased as I consider them to be dangerous.

Ordered an LED Driver for downlights. Paymeny taken. Order frustrated.... STOCK OUT. Cancelled and refunded when shelfstock empty. POOR SHOW fellahs.

Hi Jayson, If you have a problem with your order you need to contact our sales team to resolve the issue. Unless you contact us we cannot help you. We will organise a replacement but please be aware this could be an issue with your fitting which is why your original tube failed to work.

May possibly go to two stars if/when we get our order! Order 9/8/21 no one contacts you to say there is a delay, still not received, you’ll have to do the chasing!!

Poor as I had to wait almost months for the lamps. Then they arrived and were not touch lamps. Just switch lamps. Asked for refund abd labels to send them back and still not received them. Lovely customer service on the phone but not followed up or labels sent yo send back. Picture below shows the leaflet saying switch.

Ordered light bulbs 18/2/21, still waiting for delivery. Did email asking when would I expect them to be told on 1st March they’ll be in stock at the end of the month so may possible get them in April, not holding my breath tho. Good job they’re not urgently needed

I ordered pink light bulbs they are definitely pink in colour but when switched on they are very RED!!!!!!
