“התליון עדין ויפה, לצערי, לא נשלחה אלי תמונה של השרשרת והתליון לפני המשלוח כפי שביקשתי. כמו כן ביקשתי שהסגר של השרשרת לא יהיה קטן. קיבלתי סגר שרשרת מאוד קטן שאני לא יכולה להשתמש בו. הייתי צריכה ללמצוא תחליף זמני כדי שאוכל לענוד את השרשרת .”
