The Installer was very polite and very tidy even after having to install another unit as I think I ordered a tethered one by mistake good job done very happy with finished works. Thankyou

I haven’t got my EV yet, few more weeks to wait. However, very happy with the installation via LCS and Octopus. Good attention to detail in all respects by the installer who checked we were happy with location. Wires neatly placed and fuse put into meter box, checked app working before leaving. The app sadly does not allow multiple cars to show on it, which doesn’t please husband for when he gets his EV, but hopefully that we come from an upgrade.

the whole process was very easy and straightforward. The only thing that could be improved would be to know exactly what needed to be installed as the RCD type box in the fuse box was a surprise and could have been a problem if it didnt fit in. Could have resulted in a failed visit

Unit failed after first use. Up to that point it was great. I’m sure it’ll be replaced quickly but disappointed at the moment The Unit is very neat and the installation process was smooth. Just this one niggle which would’ve been a nightmare if I had a full electric but thankfully I bought a hybrid!

Very responsive from the end of the installation process. Once rescheduled due to an health issue of electrician, and this happened smoothly with minimum delay.

I was extremely satisfied in the main with my experience of your customer service. Particularly with the help of one young man Thomas Jones, a technical support specialist. Who on two separate occasions was completely on the ball when it came to the requirements of the app and also in the second instance of helping me to access the charger when I had a new wifi extender fitted.

Charge point, unteathered, is small and fairly unobtrusive. The app allows me to schedule when I want charging to occur and even has the cheap rates for my provider, Octopus, pre-defined. If I want to I can also turn off the charge point from the app to prevent unauthorised use. So far I'd be happy to recommend EO charge points.

Charger is very discrete and looks good at the same time. App is a bit fiddly but you can program charger to turn on when electricity is cheap. A lot quicker, cheaper, safer and less fiddly than using an extension lead.

The whole process from start to finish has been excellent. We had the initial difficulty of having a looped electricity supply that had to be unlooped before proceeding with the charger installation but this difficulty was handled very helpfully and professionally by the EO charger and installers staff. When it came to the installation of the charger, it was expertly and professionally handled including assisting with the activation of the EO app. We are also very pleased with the operation of the charger itself. We would highly recommend EO and its charger.

I had problems with my unit that were finally resolved. I think they're a good company that needs to work on their customer communication. Credit to Jack the engineer for resolving the problem. A thoroughly good guy who is a credit to eo. I love the look of the unit, it's good looking and unobtrusive.

At the end of the day a charger is a charger. This is smaller than most and therefore not as ugly as most of them and comes in a range of colours. The app is flaky to say the least. Mine has an excellent WiFi signal, knows it’s charging but the rest of the features do nothing at all, countdown to full charge, charge history etc - nothing. The cars one works brilliantly. My installers Crosstech Electrical were excellent

Don't buy an EO Minipro charger!! I've had it 10 months and it has failed twice before which needed a visit by an engineer both times to fix. It's now failed again and I've been told it will take UP TO 10 DAYS for a member of their Technical team to get back to me. I will then have to wait again for an Engineer to come out. I am absolutely fed up with this and will be insisting on them removing it and giving me a refund. They are obviously overwhelmed with problems if my experience is anything to go by.
