“Exceptionally good customer service, Matt was so helpful and sorted out a problem I had immediately.
Have bought two bridles from Equiflair fast, efficient delivery”
“Postage took a little longer than usual but I expect this to be due to Christmas postage and therefore unable to have been helped by Equiflair. Saddle pad was received a little creased up as had been ‘folded’ into packaging which was a little disappointing.”
“Amazing quality headcollar, ordered 3 days before Christmas and came on time, with updates on every step of the parcels journey. Would definitely recommend.”
