“My keyboard tray came very promptly with no problems at all. We purchased it for our caravan table. It didn't fit properly but my husband was able to alter the mechanism and its now working a treat.”

“Excellent frame quality and easy to assemble. The dual motor setting works really well with 2 monitor screens and a laptop on a 2.2 metre wide desktop. Love the lock feature on control panel to accidentally operate and protecting from children.”

“It seemed like the product was durable, but in reality, it wasn't. Attaching the PC mount was difficult, and despite my PC being 20cm wide, it only fit with dumpers and slide max out, making it a tight squeeze. Additionally, the PC is held up by only one screw, causing it to be a bit wobbly. The monitor arm was also too high for my 150x70cm desk, and to bring it down, I would have to sacrifice a lot of desk space. I have attached a photo to show how unreasonably high the monitor sits. Because of these issues, I plan to return the product.”

“The small desk I ordered was supposed to have the ability to lift the desk from sitting to standing height by pushing a lever. After putting it together with some difficulty and raising the desk for the first time it will not go back down and the lever is useless. It's been waiting a week now for me to disassemble it and start again. If not - back for a refund.”

“The wall mounting dual arm screen mount (EA-MA-32114 Wall Mounted Gas Spring Monitor Arm) arrived promptly and is a neat piece of machinery that does everything it claims. The only reason there is a star missing is not the fault of this piece of equipment but a limitation I should have considered. With the desk flush to the wall, the closest working distance that can be achieved with 2 24" screens (short edges together) is over 30 cm from the wall. So, with a desk with a width of 60cm, the screens are uncomfortably close and one has to sit further away from the desktop, making typing a trifle awkward. So to recap the screen mounting system is excellent if you have a desktop 80cm or wider”
