“The table base is very stable and I was hoping the rest of the construction would be, unfortunately the mast in the hydraulic system is wobbly so the top shakes but the base does not. It also isn't branded, seems like a generic table with an Ergox sticker on the box. 4 x price of others its definitely better, just expected more. Added my own under desk cable managment”

“Good quality product but very complicated installation. Having used products like Varidesk and other monitor arm alternatives, we found installation require a lot of assembly with unclear instructions.”

“Ergox were able to provide the equipment needed and have it delivered with good customer service. Unfortunately without the option for assembling equipment would a pitfall of the service when delivering to our employees homes.”

“Good afternoon Two days ago I took receipt of the above order and was very happy with the quick delivery of my order. However, when I tried to open the workstation to a usable position I found I could not understand the 3 steps to do so. Yes, only 3 steps and I was baffled at step 2!! I decided to wait until my sister arrived today to see if she could see what I was not seeing but no she could not see either! So we went over the whole workstation trying to work it out and we eventually did, but more by mistake than actually solving the issue. We worked out how to open up the stand by it flying open and very soundly and cruelly landing right on my sister’s foot (unfortunately the foot she has had an operation on!) There was no instruction anywhere or any indication to be alert for the chance that this might occur and I feel that was very remiss of you. The force with which the workstation opened could have caused severe harm to someone and I thought you should be made aware of that. My sister still isn’t speaking to me! Sincerely”

“The sit-stand desk assembly instructions included with it neglected to mention the important removal of two transit clips which stop the desk from operating. Had to disassemble to remove these. Most frustrating and you need to update the instructions. Apart from that the desk is of reasonable quality.”

“Very sturdy, well built mount. One issue and I admit this is mostly my fault, is that my monitor is not VESA compliant. A reference to this requirement would be handy as I note another customer had the same problem. Product itself is extremely well made and would be suitable for the right monitors. Delivery was also very quick (in Sydney).”

“Purchased the pc monitor arm, while the overall quality is good, the point where the monitor VESA plate clicks into the monitor arm is quite flimsy, and has a lot of movement.”
