“Product (under-desk keyboard tray) was less than satisfactory - very difficult to assemble with instructions/pictures that were very small, which made it hard to identify interlocking parts and how it should go together. The keyboard tray locks don't seem to work and even in the lowest position one side is higher than the other (possibly because the mechanism on that side is very stiff), so the keyboard is on something of a tilt. So, this does not represent value for money.”

“OK quality at the price, but a few glaring issues prevent me reccomending this. Slightly misleading marketing. Recommended screen sizer is height, NOT diagonal (as every other screen measurement in the history of mankind is). One word to clarify would save trouble. Especially as competitors use diagonal recommended measurements. No refund or exchange policy for an easily repackage-able product, nor the ability to purchase different parts. Instructions are unnecessarily hard to decipher, build is a three-step long process, but the first 'step' is 6 steps with 3 different configurations without a single word or picture explaining wtf is going on. Almost certain I would have built it faster if there were no instructions at all. Lastly they gave my name to a 3rd party review site without my consent.”

“the nuts to tighten the screws did not work well, because they got stuck and did not allow me to tighten the base of my monitor well. in order to fix the problem I had to use a lot of washers.”

“Poor instructions to put the product together led to the damaging of the product. Not all of us are handy people. You need to have instructions that are more easy to follow abc comprehensive. For example, what screws are used where. I used the wrong screws which damaged the top. Not happy. Love the product; loved the ease of the transition process and delivery; hated the final outcome. Now I have to fix a problem; minimise the damage. P”

“I can’t even get past step 1. The screw is stuck my commercial drill won’t even spin it. Whoever sent these drilled the two big bolts into the clamp… I can’t even use the Allen key like it shows in picture… idk what to do now. Do I refund or send back for another? Every other review is perfect except mine.”

“Instructions were missing a crucial step, I had to call and the attendant emailed me the missing piece of the instructions. Response was quick but wow surely instructions should be ammended after this happens once?”
