“All really solid, I like that the joints and pivot points are all pre-greased so they glide really smooth. My only qualm is that the desk mount is black, both sections of the arms are black, the monitor mount is black, and the screws and washers to attach the monitor mounts are silver. This wouldn't matter if the desk was backing on to the wall, but mine is open so the silver screws and washers stand out a bit gawky. Going to try find some black ones with the same thread I think.”

“It does hold well on the highest point and saves space for me on a small desk leans against the wall. All the joints work smoothly. I take one star off for the fact that the screen is not in a perfect horizon level, it includes a little bit towards the left. The plastic connector on top of the vesa mount which connects to the arm is not firmly secured, there’s is a little bit of gap/space that the screen can still move with its own weight, and that tiny bit of movement will cause the angel I mentioned before. It’s not a big issue and I’m slowing getting used to it. But I just mention it here and hope this can be improved in future designs.”

“went online looking for a stand-up desk that could sit on a table. I was happy to find a great quality unit from a local business here ion Melbourne. The ordering was easy and delivery was very quick 2 bushiness days. The unit is very sturdy and great quality. Packs up flat and can be put away at the end of the day too. Very happy with both the product and easy of daling with Ergox”

“Fast delivery, easy installation and holds 34 inch Dell Ultra wide just fine. Good sturdy build and having a hard time to find faults. Perhaps the plastic cable holders on the bottom arm is a little flimsy and might benefit with something more durable but stays on after installing it so not really an issue”

“Very efficient website to navigate and the purchased product is excellent. Instructions provided were clear and all tools, bolts etc were organised. This made it easy to assemble the product. When you choose express postage, it definitely arrives quickly. Although, it is very pricey. Overall, would order again.”

“Instructions were missing a crucial step, I had to call and the attendant emailed me the missing piece of the instructions. Response was quick but wow surely instructions should be ammended after this happens once?”

“The sit-stand desk assembly instructions included with it neglected to mention the important removal of two transit clips which stop the desk from operating. Had to disassemble to remove these. Most frustrating and you need to update the instructions. Apart from that the desk is of reasonable quality.”
