“Very disappointed with Graveyard Bride Costume, too long for me and very gathered around the waist. Would like to return it but cannot get in touch with Escapade, they put you on hold and do not answer the phone. I have tried several times to obtain information in order to return the costume but with no cusses. Very fast rating”

“I have now bought children’s’ fancy dress outfits twice from Escapade and I’ve not only found their selection of outfits and accessories to be great but also the most cost effective, too. I’ve seen both costumes in other shops for more. The delivery is quick and efficient and I’ll definitely be using them again.”

“About half of what was pictured was in the package, the description said what is in but too late for me. The quality is a joke but I guess I didn't expect any better. And finally, when I realised I would have to buy half the costume separately I contacted their customer service line for a refund which clearly said they were open but absolutely no answer! Got fed up so wrote the money off. Won't use again”
