“I was let down by a company on the Thursday for a wig but thankfully came across escapade who got my wig delivered to me on the Saturday morning! I can’t thank you enough, It looked amazing and was great quality and everyone complimented it! Thank you so much!!”

“Easy website to navigate, SO much variety, and quick delivery! We absolutely loved buying costumes for our students and giving them something fun to wear on Halloween. Working at a language school, we have lots of international students who don't have the chance to celebrate Halloween or don't have room in their suitcases for costumes. We purchased a ton of different things to store here for years to come. We set up a photobooth and the students absolutely loved mixing and matching the different costumes! We will be purchasing more in the future!”

“The option to contact Escapade by telephone is pointless and needs to be urgently revised. I began my call at 11.07am this morning as I wanted to check items would be available in store to avoid a wasted journey after being let down last minute by another retailer. The recording advised i was no 20 in the queue, so I waited and waited until i was down to no 2 in the queue (+2hrs later) then no further message just constant ringing for another 30 or so minutes. I tried ringing on another phone and the message advised i would be no 19 in the queue so I disconnected both calls and shopped elsewhere. Whilst I appreciate you must be incredibly busy the day prior to Halloween, if you do not have sufficient staff to answer calls within a reasonable time, 30 mins max, then you should redirect a different message which states "sorry but all our staff are busy serving customers and are unable to take any calls right now". A good example of this would be the Party Superstore group.”

“I ordered zombie contacts.. Exactly as described and quick delivery however the joy of a perfect priced item was overshadowed by overpriced postage charge. Otherwise this woukd have been a 5 star rating.”
