“I ordered the clawed motorcycle gloves which arrived in good time after I'd paid additional in postage for them. At £9 for the gloves I expected more. They just look very cheap, the 'nails' were plastic stuck on but didn't feel very firm and were stuck far too low onto the finger and weren't straight in line, often twisting the wrong way. Additionally, on the velcro where the gloves were stitched, the stitching was already coming away. I have no doubt that if I'd have had time to send them back that I would have been offered a replacement or refund however due to timing this wasn't an option for me.”

“Mask wasn’t right, left eye didn’t have a black outer rim so had to colour this myself, this part also digs into my eye and shouldn’t, wasn’t expecting a latex mask as does have an extremely unpleasant odour, haven’t tried the rest on yet hopefully not awaiting further disappointment with this order. Delivery later then expected and to late for me to do anything about returns etc”

“Unfortunately I was sent something different from what I ordered however was promptly offered a refund as they could not supply what I wanted, and told to keep the unwanted product. Good customer service even if i ultimately had to track down what i wanted elsewhere.”
