“It’s my first place to go to look for a vacation or getaway. The website is easy to navigate and has most of the info you need to make a choice. When times come to need direct help from their representatives they are more than helpful sometimes going beyond their call to find a solution for you. It might not be everyone else experience with the company but in my case I booked vacations after vacations with them. Highly recommend.”

“Quick safe process of booking. Travel agent, Winter, answered all my questions patiently and emailed me my eticketsas soon as the transaction went through. Westjet had an aweful 6hrs delay upon our departure from Toronto but the customer service rep depsite the late hours of the night was able to assist by notifying the resort and airport transfer service of the delayed flight so to keep our reservations. Overall a great holiday but disappointed with Westjet's 6hrs delay due to crew availability and then some issue with finding night stay for the crew whose jamaica to toronto flight was cancelled that day. Not sure how that was related to our flight. Our 5 nights trip was to celebrate my father's 60th bday...we were supposed to reach jamaica on march 9th at 7:30pm but we ended up reaching at 2am and then by the time immigration ended and we reached our resort it was already 4am on March 10th. We missed an entire day of our 5 nights trip..especially with jet lag from a 6hrs delayed flight, having to wait in the airport and then taking a 4.5hrs red eye flight.”

“Very quick and straightforward procedure. There was an email where I had to send a picture of my I’d , credit card and myself. I understand now it was to prevent credit card fraud but nowadays we get so many phone calls or phishing emails I really felled uneasy , almost ignored that . My old habit is to check from two sources and good I’ve checked. I’m going on holiday, yay 😀”
