“The most amazing experience with Melody..she went above and beyond to help my kids change there destination even spending over an hour on the phone with WestJet. She was patient and never pushy ..returned my calls promptly and sent all documentation with a couple of hours. She is a stellar employee and clearly loves what she does. I will be forever grateful for her expertise and care when booking our kids vacation. Thank you Melody …your a super start”
