"I recently purchased an Ascaso DUO Steel PID. After a week or so of use, I'm so far very happy with my purchase. After searching for months, EspressoParts had the best price I could find from a reputable seller. The Ascado DUO was labeled as open box\/refurbished and it could have as well been labeled a new unit. The DUO was clean\/shinny with some of the protective film still on and in excellent working condition. The package was delivered for free and in a timely manner. "

“I have an elder single group espresso machine and grinder at home, and I’ve been slowly fixing them up and doing some upgrades. I wasn’t sure if the short hopper would fit my Rossi RR45 grinder. I called up customer service, and they basically answered after the first ring . I wish I could remember the name of the CS rep but she was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. The short hopper fit perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier. Been a customer of Espresso Parts for close to 15 years. I love your company!”
