“When I used this site before I was able to view a greater selection of stock than I seem to this time. On placing my order I was contacted to be told that an item ordered was unavailable only to be offered an item which I had ordered from them before that was not now shown on website. the replacement item was good quality and price so would of been my first choice if I was able to order it from web page!”

Hello, it is very disappointing to read this, there are over 200+ additional products since the last time you ordered. With regard to the product replacement this was done to ensure no delay (the order was packed and shipped within the hour). We telephoned to confirm you were happy with this before processing the change. The order was placed on the Thursday afternoon and it would have meant not shipping until Monday due to it being too late for NAF to accept any new orders. The replacement supplied was three times the quantity purchased without any additional charges. The larger size was not available on the website due to there being a world wide shortage on Garlic. This is still the case and still meaning larger sizes are not available. So to receive three stars when we went out of our way to ensure you received your order as quickly as possible and supplied extra product free of charge is very disappointing.
