I would normally give this Company 5 stars as I am happy with the products and especially the service its employers provide. However since the Company has outsourced shipment it has become very difficult to shop here as a European. Very sad turn of events.

Supplements good. Took a week to get here time slot was 2.30 3.30 never came til 5 by that time I was away to work. Came next day.

The order was received on Tuesday but unfortunately the delivery from our suppliers was delayed a day and then arrived damaged meaning we did not ship until the Friday. This delay was out of our control. We also cannot control delivery times, it's passed to DPD and we have no control over the delivery. Sometimes drivers get stuck in traffic or have other issues that are out of their control. Sorry you are not happy, unfortunately events happen that are out of our control.

Ordering was ok and Darren was very helpfull, but I think it was to much trouble sending my package to Denmark..and the pick up was spelled wrong so I thoght it was spam. But I got it...at last ...

DPD Courier delivery issues. I know where I live but if the courier wont talk to me then I cant offer directions! Other sellers have been willing to help by contacting their contracted Courier (also DPD) but not ES! You asked for my feedback.

We emailed you as soon as DPD had issues finding your address (twice), as we explained in our email (that you ignored) you know were you live better than anyone else, you are the best person to explain to DPD how to locate your address and save Chinese whispers. DPD have phone numbers, email addresses and their app allowing you to make changes and updates to the delivery. When your address is hard to find (it doesn't even show on Google maps) you have to accept that drivers will find it hard to locate you, not being willing to try and help the courier makes it hard for everyone.

The delivery was fine and prompt. As I have only had the supplement for 7 days my dogs have not yet had the benefit of the product so I am unable to review the product. I do have one concern though, I rang to ask if there were any contraindications of the oil when taken with other medication. The lady on the phone took details and advised that a manager would get back to me, I am still waiting 5 working days later. I would have hoped for a more prompt service.

You need to write the ingredients on your website. When I received the product there was magnesium stearate as part of the ingredients which was not mentioned on your website. I tend not to take supplements with unnecessary additives. So my recommendation is to include all ingredients for each product.

I am afraid it is not possible to list every ingredient as product's change and we stock several 1000 items. However we do offer a 60 day money back returns policy on all orders. Had you contacted us we could have facilitated a return for you.

When I used this site before I was able to view a greater selection of stock than I seem to this time. On placing my order I was contacted to be told that an item ordered was unavailable only to be offered an item which I had ordered from them before that was not now shown on website. the replacement item was good quality and price so would of been my first choice if I was able to order it from web page!

Hello, it is very disappointing to read this, there are over 200+ additional products since the last time you ordered. With regard to the product replacement this was done to ensure no delay (the order was packed and shipped within the hour). We telephoned to confirm you were happy with this before processing the change. The order was placed on the Thursday afternoon and it would have meant not shipping until Monday due to it being too late for NAF to accept any new orders. The replacement supplied was three times the quantity purchased without any additional charges. The larger size was not available on the website due to there being a world wide shortage on Garlic. This is still the case and still meaning larger sizes are not available. So to receive three stars when we went out of our way to ensure you received your order as quickly as possible and supplied extra product free of charge is very disappointing.

Good service, except the package leaked a little bit from the bottles we ordered.. my advice is to package fluids better and maybe write fragile on the package when its sent to other country..

Hello, I am sorry to hear this but you did not contact us to resolve the issue for you. We send 1000's of liquids every month without issue. When a problem does happen we will always correct it if we are informed of the problem. One of our members of staff will be in contact shortly.
